[a brief description is that this drink involves a marriage of espresso and half and half, mixed with honey and cinnamon].

I have a confession to make:
I can’t grill a steak.
Well…to be fair, I can grill a steak. Just not very well. Steaks are easy to grill, and just as easy to screw up. I always fall on the screw-it-up end of things. It’s either too rare, or too medium. I’m a medium-rare kinda guy.
This steak you see here [a flank steak], was probably the best steak I’ve done. It was definitely a little warmer than medium-rare, but it was most definitely delicious. It had a marinade [so to speak] of a bunch of herbs and spices, including rosemary, marjoram, basil, paprika, salt, crushed pepper, and black pepper, mixed up with minced garlic and turned into a paste via olive oil. More like a rub than a marinade, but trying to not split hairs here.
Sliced across the grain, and completely delicious.

If you need a great salad with amazing options and don’t mind spending a couple of bucks more, go to Dean and Deluca. It’ll be worth it. Trust me.
